The Rotary Club of Seymour-Oxford is seeking sponsors for its second Pasta Dinner being held on Saturday, May 21, 2011, from 4:30 to 8:00 p.m., at Trinity Episcopal Church in Seymour.
Event proceeds will be used for scholarships for Seymour and Oxford student pursuing higher education, and to support Rotary International’s efforts to eradicate polio world wide.
The delicious, full-course dinner, prepared and served by Club members, includes garlic bread, salad and soft drink to start, an entrée of ziti pasta with meatballs in a zesty marinara sauce, and choice of cake dessert with coffee or tea. Dinner admission is $10 per person, free for polio survivors and children under 5.
There are three levels of sponsorship available for the event:
$250 Bon Appétit Sponsorship includes their logo on all marketing materials, event banner, chef and server aprons and large placemat ad. This sponsorship also includes four dinner tickets.
The $100 Apron Sponsorship includes their logo appearing on chef and server aprons, a large placemat ad, and two dinner tickets.
The $35 Placemat Sponsor includes a business card-sized ad on the dinner placemats. Placemat sponsorship is an ideal way to congratulate a current year graduate or to remember a family member or friend who was a victim of polio.
