The Rotary Club of Seymour-Oxford is pleased to announce Peter K. Cunniff of Seymour as the winner of the 2013 Service Above Self Scholarship. Peter is a sophomore at Quinnipiac University.
The Rotary Club of Seymour-Oxford will be holding its annual, full-course pasta and meatball dinner to support the scholarship fund from 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, April 27, at Trinity Church in Seymour.
Take-out orders will be available.
The Pasta and Meatball dinner is prepared and served by Club members, their families, and community volunteers.
The dinner’s recession-busting price of only $10 per person (children under 5 are free) includes three courses: buttery garlic bread, tossed green salad and soft drink to start, a generous entrée of ziti pasta with meatballs in a zesty marinara sauce, and choice of desserts with coffee or tea.
