Seymour Oxford Rotary Club will welcome Kathy Ekstrom of Haynes Development on Thursday, Sept. 15, at the club breakfast meeting at 7:15 a.m. at Route 67 Diner, Klarides Village, Route 67, Seymour.
Ms. Ekstrom will give an update on the Oxford Town Center Project.
