Budget Referendum
“This is First Selectwoman Annmarie Drugonis using the Code Red system to notify the residents of the 2025 / 2026 Budget Referendum / Budget Vote taking place on April 17, 2025, from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Community Center located at 20 Pine Street.
All voting for the budget will occur at the Community Center in the Gymnasium. We understand this is also the week of Spring break, and voters may be away or unable to get out to vote.
Absentee ballots are available at the Seymour Town Clerk’s office. Absentee ballots must be picked up in person for those who cannot get out; you can designate someone to pick up your ballot.
Ballots cannot be mailed in; the ballots must be brought in person.
There are and will be ballots available at the Town Clerk’s office.
Residents can come in, fill out an absentee application, and cast a ballot simultaneously.
The Town Clerk’s office is open Monday – Thursday from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm and Friday from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm. Ballots must be returned to the Town Clerk’s Office by 8:00 pm on April 17, 2025. No ballots will be accepted after 8:00 pm.
