Seymour Police Make Drug Arrests After Raid

Seymour Police arrested five people on drug charges after raiding an apartment on Day Street. 

The raid turned up cocaine, marijuana and mushrooms, according to a statement released by Lt. Paul Satkowski on Friday.

Three of the people arrested live in the second-floor apartment at 122 Day Street, which police raided with a search warrant on March 18. 

The police department worked with the Connecticut State Police Narcotics Task Force on the month-long investigation. Information about the arrests was released March 25.

Police arrested the following people:

  • Keith Law, 29, of Oxford, for possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Adam Lindgren, 25, of Silver Hill Road in Derby, for possession of more than 4 ounces of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of cocaine, sale of less than half an ounce of cocaine, possession of mushrooms, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Erica Romano, 22, who lives in the apartment, for possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of cocaine, sale of less than half an ounce of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Clayton Banks, 21, who lives in the apartment, for possession of less than four ounces of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of cocaine, sale of less than a half ounce of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • A 29-year-old man who lives at the apartment, for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana. (UPDATE April 15, 2015: The charges against the man were dropped)

The five were released from custody after posting various bonds, and are all scheduled to appear at Superior Court in Derby on March 28. 

Satkowski, in his statement, said the investigation is complete, and no other arrests are expected.
