On 6/14/24 at 1:30 am the Huntington Co. #3 and the White Hills Co. #5 responded to a motor vehicle accident on Walnut Tree Hill Road near Short Street.
On 6/14/24 at 1:30 am the White Hills Co. #5 and the Huntington Co. #3 responded to a smoke investigation inside #50Old Dairy Lane. Smoke from cooking caused the incident.
On 6/14/24 at 6:48 pm the White Hills Co. #5 responded to #22 Princess Wenonah Drive for a carbon monoxide alarm activation.
On 6/14/24 at 7:44 pm the White Hills Co. #5 and the Echo Hose H & L Co. #1 responded to a motor vehicle accident on Leavenworth Road.
On 6/15/24 at 1:18 am the Echo Hose H & L Co. #1 and the Huntington Co. #3 responded to a motor vehicle accident on route 8 southbound between exits 13 and 12.
On 6/15/24 at 3:51 pm the White Hills Co. #5 responded with a tanker the area of Isinglass Road to assist Trumbull FD.
On 6/15/24 at 11:15 pm the White Hills Co. #5 and the Echo Hose H & L Co. #1 responded to a motor vehicle accident on Indian Well Road near Birchbank Road.
On 6/16/24 at 7:14 am the Echo Hose H & L Co. #1 and the White Hills Co. #5 responded to a fire alarm activated at #87 Meadow Street. There was no fire.
On 6/16/24 at 9:03 pm the Huntington Co. #3 and the White Hills Co. #5 responded to a gas grill on fire at #43 Winthrop Woods Road.
On 6/17/24 at 1:13 am the White Hills Co. #5. Huntington Co. #3 and the Echo Hose H & L Co. #1 responded to a structure fire at #269 East Village Road. Upon arrival firefighters found and extinguished a fire in the basement of a single-family home. All six occupants of the home safely evacuated. The homeowner discovered the fire when he was awakened when a smoke detector activated on the second floor. He then saw the fire and got everyone out of the home and called the fire department. The fire caused damage to a bathroom interior wall and the exterior lower level of the home. The home also sustained smoke damage. All occupants made arrangements to live with relatives due to the fire. There were no injuries. The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Fire Marshal’s Office.
