SHELTON VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT WEEKLY RESPONSES

On 2/09/21 at 00:18 am the Huntington Co. #3 and the White Hills Co. #5 responded with a unit to #31 Winthrop Woods Road for a carbon monoxide alarm activation.

On 2/9/21 at 3:37 pm the Echo Hose Co. #1 and the Pine Rock Co. #4 responded with an engine to an appliance fire at #142 Maltby Street. The fire was out upon arrival of fire units.

On 2/09/21 at 6:21 pm the Echo Hose Co. #1 responded with a rescue truck to a motor vehicle accident on Coram Avenue at Myrtle Street.

On 2/09/21 at 6:59 pm the Echo Hose Co. #1 and the Pine Rock Co. #4 responded with an engine and a rescue truck to a fire alarm activation at #33 Birch Street. There was no fire.

On 2/10/21 at 02:59 am the White Hills Co. #5 and the Huntington Co. #3 responded with an engine to a fire alarm activation at the Elizabeth Shelton School at #138 Willoughby Road. There was no fire. 

On 2/10/21 at 8:23 am the Echo Hose Co. #1 and the White Hills Co. #5 responded with a unit to #475 Howe Avenue for a fire alarm activation. There was no fire.

On 2/10/21 at 1:44 pm the Echo Hose Co. #1 responded with a unit to #54 Williams Street for a carbon monoxide alarm activation. 

On 2/11/21 at 8:02 pm the Huntington Co. #3 responded with a rescue truck to a carbon monoxide alarm activation at #464 Ironwood Trail.

On 2/12/21 at 12:53 pm the Pine Rock Co. #4 responded with an engine to #46 Daybreak Lane for a small fuel spill.

On 2/12/21 at 8:29 pm the Echo Hose Co. #1 responded with a rescue truck to a motor vehicle accident on Bridgeport Avenue at Perry Hill Road.

On 2/12/21 at 8:47 pm the White Hills Co. #5 and the Huntington Co. #3 responded with two engines to a fire alarm activation at #45 Hubbell Lane. There was no fire. 

On 2/13/21 at 11:59 pm the Huntington Co. #3, Echo Hose Co. #1 and the Pine Rock Co. #4 responded with two engines and a ladder truck to an odor of natural gas in the building at #100 Beard Sawmill Road. The odor was from an issue with a stove. 

On 2/14/21 at 3:36 pm the Echo Hose Co. #1 responded with a unit to a public service call at #176 Division Avenue.

On 2/14/21 at 5:14 pm the Echo Hose Co. #1 and the White Hills Co. #5 responded with an engine and a ladder truck to am odor of smoke in the building at the Avalon Shelton condos #185 Canal Street.
