This is an important investment for Shelton and the region,” said Rep. Perillo. Economic development, and improving the conditions that lead to higher employment in the region continue to be among our highest priorities, and this investment will help expand the ability of NXT-ID to contribute to that overall effort.”

With continued economic hardship and high unemployment, investments like this are essential to our region,” said Rep. Miller. I am pleased to see these funds go to a local company doing great things, and I look forward to seeing how they will make use of this assistance.”
