The Shelton Community Lions Club will be conducting FREE EYE SCREENINGS on Friday, Dec. 6 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Shelton Community Center. No appointment needed.

The club will be also conducting FREE PEDIATRIC EYE SCREENINGS on Saturday, Dec. 7 From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Shelton Community Center. No appointment needed.
Pediatric screenings are open to any child from 2 – 5 years old.
This Screening is not done by your pediatrician and checks for six childhood eye abnormalities:
- Near-sightedness (myopia)
- Far-sightedness (hyperopia)
- Unequal refractive power (anisometropia)
- Blurred vision, eye structure problem (astigmatism)
- Pupil size deviations (anisocoria)
- Eye misalignment (strabismus)
