A Lifeguard Training Course will be held at the Shelton Community Center at 41 Church St.
The course dates and times are as follows: Friday, (6 to 9 p.m.); Saturday, (Noon to 3 p.m.); Sunday, (Noon to 3 p.m.), from Oct. 19 to Nov. 11.
You can register for the course in person until noon on Oct. 17 at the Pool Office with a registration form and check made payable to City Of Shelton for $300 plus a $35 check made payable to the American Red Cross.
