State police accused a 64-year-old man Thursday of talking dirty online to a person he thought was underage.

A trooper posing as a 14-year-old girl met Jeffrey Heisner, of Vista Drive, in a chat room, where Heisner detailed sex acts, police said.

Also during the chats, the subject performed inappropriate sexual acts on a web cam for what he perceived to be a 14-year-old female,” state police said in a statement. The subject also spoke about traveling to meet the girl where he wanted to engage in sex with her.”

Heisner was arrested after police served a search and seizure warrant at his residence.

He was charged with criminal attempt to impair the morals of a minor, criminal attempt to entice a minor and misrepresentation of age to entice a minor.

He was released from police custody on a $75,000 bond pending a Dec. 22 court date in Derby.
