On Wednesday, October 13, 2010, members of the Shelton Police Department will be participating in Tip-A-Cop at Outback Steakhouse, located at 698 Bridgeport Ave in Shelton. The event is from 5:00pm until 9:00pm.
Tip-A-Cop is an event where Shelton Police Officers wait tables for donations. All donations received go directly to Special Olympics Connecticut so they can provide year round sports training and competition for over 6,300 athletes.
The Shelton Police Department, Special Olympics Connecticut, and Outback Steakhouse of Shelton are inviting everyone to come to Outback for great food, the opportunity to have a police officer serve all your dinning needs, and to support a great cause.
