Production company Motern Media is proud to announce that they will be touring New England this November and December with their new feature-length comedy, “Slingshot Cops.”
The Slingshot Cops Connecticut premiere takes place 5 p.m. on Saturday Nov. 26 at The Strand Theater, 165 Main St. in Seymour.
The screening is FREE and open to the public.
“Slingshot Cops” features the Connecticut towns of Seymour and Roxbury among its filming locations.
Several members of the production — including director Charlie Roxburgh, a Connecticut resident, and producer/star Matt Farley, head of Motern Media, will be in attendance.
“Slingshot Cops” is a supernatural, buddy-cop comedy with a family-friendly style.

The plot synopsis is as follows:
A supernatural menace has descended on the peaceful town of Woodsville Center. It’s up to Officer Rusty (Matt Farley), his partner Wolf (Jim McHugh), the mysterious newcomer known as the Eastern European, loyal officer Annabelle (Sharon Scalzo) to take down this dangerous villain.
Comedians Brendon Walsh (Drunk History; Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson) and Randy
Liedtke (Conan) co-star.
Other New England filming sites include Manchester, NH; Peabody, MA; and Danvers, MA.
