State Rep. Kara Rochelle will co-host a legislative wrap up with state Rep. Mary Welander and state Sen. Jorge Cabrera for for the 104th District at 6 p.m. July 9 in Derby City Hall, 1 Elizabeth St.
House Majority Leader Rep. Jason Rojas will also be attending.
The legislative wrap-up will be an overview of important legislation passed in the 2024 session that affects the Derby and Ansonia region. The event will include an update and Q&A portion.
The event will be open to anyone in the 104th, 114th, or 17th who are interested in joining, spanning several towns in the region.
Rochelle and Cabrera represent Ansonia and Derby. Welander represents parts of Derby. All three are Democrats.
