It was “Popcorn Ball Sunday” in Ansonia, Derby and Seymour Dec. 18, and we asked readers to share their photos with us through our Facebook page.
The annual event is traditionally held the Sunday before Christmas in those towns.
In addition to Santa riding atop a fire truck tossing gooey crispy treats, the East End Hose Co. in Derby delivered toys to kids whose families ordered in advance.
