Never, Ever After: A Twisted Fairy Tale Show

Join us for this whimsical, comical musical of all your favorite fairy tales. Narrated by the Mad Hatter, this LIVE theater show will be fun for all ages. Written & Directed by Meg Tarby and Kathie Vrlik. Doors open 30 minutes prior to show time. All profits benefit the Strand Theater Restoration Fund.

2nd Annual Festival of Bikes
10 a.m.
Festivities begin at the monument to Pierre Lallement, dedicated to him in 1998 on the New Haven Green, 990 Chapel St.
There will be a run beginning in New Haven at 10 a.m. that will conclude in Ansonia. You can join in for the whole run, or meet up with everyone part of the way through as they pass Webster Park behind The Big Y. Anticipated time to arrive in Ansonia is 11 a.m. In addition to the run there will be a variety of family events.

Ansonia 2nd Annual Pierre Lallement Bicycle Festival
12 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
A bicycle-themed, fun-filled day. Lots of food from the local restaurants. Music from FB Lily, demonstrations from Rampage skate and BMX street teams, ceremony for Pierre Lallemont upon the arrival of a group of bicyclist retracing his early rides from New Haven. Tricycle races, bicycle decorating, safety and so much more!

Seymour Founders’ Day
10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The third annual Seymour Founders’ Day celebration will take place on June 3, 2012 with a rain date of June 10, 2012.
Proceeds from the event this year will go toward Seymour Boy Scout troops 11 and 65.

Seymour Animal Shelter Information/Fundraiser Booth
10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Rain Date: June 10, 2012
The Seymour Animal Shelter will have a booth at the Seymour Founder’s Day. Please come by to say hello and learn about the wonderful dogs and cats available for adoption. While there, pick up some homemade organic dog treats and toys. All proceeds to benefit the cats and dogs of the Seymour Animal Shelter. Event is held in downtown Seymour, located off of Exit 22 from Route 8 North and South. Free parking and shuttle bussing are available at Basements System.
