Candied apples, fried dough, soda pop…a variety of carnival fare will be available throughout the event. Held at Veteran’s Park/The Slab in downtown Shelton, plenty of parking. Come down and enjoy a day or night out with the family. A portion of the proceeds will go to support the Boys & Girls Clubs.

Everyone is invited to come and interact with local vendors: Griffin Hospital: visit the health screening van; childhood identification program; CVS (Ansonia): “Brown Bag” event – bring your medications in a bag and see your local pharmacist for cost savings ideas and information; Family Care Visiting Nurses: for health care needs at home; YMCA (Ansonia): learn about adult wellness programs as well as children’s day camp and other programs for youth; Revee Spa: learn about nutritional programs and other spa services; TOPS (Taking Off Pounds Sensibly): offering nutritional information and support; Bankers Life and Casualty: insurance needs including long-term care; Hill Health Center: preventative care and medical clinic; Physical Therapy: providing balance assessments.
Bring the children to participate in activities and crafts.
