We don’t post all the events emailed to us because of sheer volume. You people host a lot of events.

Carnival!
Annual spring Coleman Bros. carnival. Carnival rides, games of chance, attractions for the young and the young at heart! Candied apples, fried dough, soda pop…a variety of carnival fare will be available throughout the event. Held at Veteran’s Park/The Slab in downtown Shelton, plenty of parking. Come down and enjoy a day or night out with the family. A portion of the proceeds will go to support the Boys & Girls Clubs.

Everyone is invited to come and interact with local vendors: Griffin Hospital: visit the health screening van; childhood identification program; CVS (Ansonia): Brown Bag” event – bring your medications in a bag and see your local pharmacist for cost savings ideas and information; Family Care Visiting Nurses: for health care needs at home; YMCA (Ansonia): learn about adult wellness programs as well as children’s day camp and other programs for youth; Revee Spa: learn about nutritional programs and other spa services; TOPS (Taking Off Pounds Sensibly): offering nutritional information and support; Bankers Life and Casualty: insurance needs including long-term care; Hill Health Center: preventative care and medical clinic; Physical Therapy: providing balance assessments.
Bring the children to participate in activities and crafts.
