As this very busy political season comes to an end please don’t forget that this Friday, November 11th is Veterans Day. On this day we honor our Veterans who served to preserve the freedoms that we enjoy.
To commemorate Veterans Day people from coast to coast are installing green light bulbs on the front of their homes to honor Veterans. Green is the color of renewal, hope and well-being. “Greenlight” as a term is used by many to activate forward movement.
I hope that here in the Naugatuck river valley or the Valley of Veterans as I have named it, the front of many homes will have a green glow!
