Anyone wishing to join the commemoration and pay their respects to the thousands who perished on that day and those who have fought the war on terrorism since, are invited to bring candles, flowers, cards, letters, flags, prayers, songs, or any other items of remembrance that they care to offer,” Henri wrote. Please take a moment with your families to stop by for a moment of reflection. Lest we forget.”
