Two Seymour Students Receive Junior Achievement Scholarships

Every year, high school seniors who have participated in a Junior Achievement program during the current school year, and who will be attending college in the fall, are eligible to submit an entry on the impact the JA program had on them.

Two $1,000 scholarships are awarded to the best essays.

The Junior Achievement awarded the scholarships to Danielle Pereira and Tim Boroski from Seymour High School. They posed here with from left: teacher, Kathy Verlezza; Junior Achievement of Western CT Education Manager, Kristine Boles; and assistant principal, Paul Lucke.

Congratulations to Danielle and Tim!
