“My Health 1st Urgent Care,” a health care clinic, has signed a lease to open on Ansonia’s Main Street.
Owners Stephen Arndt and Ali Shauket singed a lease with building owner Tonino Mavuli to open a clinic at 158 Main St, Suite 201.
Arndt and Shauket already operate a “My Health 1st” in Milford.
The Ansonia office is about 3,000 square feet and will probably be open for business in June or July, the owners said.
It will offer an array of basic medical needs, from sick visits to flu shots. Click here for a website.
The doctor’s office will offer primary care monthly memberships for people lacking insurance.
The plans start at $99 a month, with unlimited visits.
“We feel there is a need for this type of clinic in Ansonia. There is nothing around here,” Shauket said.
