The Valley Arts Council (VAC) will present a fabric dyeing workshop by Janice Averill of Iris Quilts at the Valley Center for the Arts, 119 Caroline St., Derby, CT.
The course will be offered on Saturday November 13th and Thursday November 18th from 11 till 3:30pm.
In the class, participants will learn an easy technique to dye fabric for quilting or to dye clothing you buy or make yourself. As Averill says, “If you know how to use measuring spoons and cups, then you can learn to dye fabric.”
