An interfaith service of worship in celebration of Thanksgiving will be held on Sunday, November 21 at 7:00 P.M. at the First Congregational Church of Derby, 137 Derby Avenue (Route 115), Derby.
This celebration of uniquely American holiday ;will feature familiar seasonal hymns, readings and music from four Faith Traditions — Christian, Jewish, Islamic, Buddhist, and a reading of the President’s Thanksgiving Day Proclamation.
Everyone is welcome. The public is invited to bring donations of non-perishable food as a gift to the area food banks.
