The Oxford Democratic Town Committee is seeking vendors for its sixth annual “Made in CT” Fair on Sunday, Oct. 21.
The Fair hours are from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is being held at Colonial Tavern, 24 Hawley Road (off Route 67) in Oxford.
Prospective vendors are asked to e‑mail Leslie Alexander at les626@gmail.com or call (203) 305‑4244. All products offered at the Fair are made in our own State of Connecticut.
Items to be sold currently include knit/crochet/wood items, jams/jellies, fabric novelties/pillows/dolls, hand painted wood/tin, maple syrup/butter, jewelry, soy candles, raw honey, goat cheese, lotion, palm wax candles, assorted needlecraft, wine bottle lanterns, stationery, books, maps, goat soaps, alpaca/wood fiber, marinara sauce, olive oil, vinegar and pre-packaged baked goods.
A psychic reader will be on hand as well as an insulation rebate program. Food and beverages will be available for purchase under a tented patio area. The event is held rain or shine.
Admission is $3, $2 for Seniors and children are free.
