ANSONIA – A victory parade to celebrate the Ansonia Chargers’ state championship will be held on Saturday, Dec. 21, at 1 p.m. on Main Street.
The Ansonia Chargers beat the Bloomfield Warhawks in a 58 – 12 victory on Dec. 14 to claim their 22nd Class S CIAC state title.
The parade will leave from the police department parking lot (65 Main St.) and process down the street toward city hall. Parking is available on Upper Main Street.
