W. Kurt Miller, the Selectman and former Board of Finance chairman, expects to formally announce a run for first selectman Wednesday, March 23, at 6:30. p.m. at the Explorers Learning Center Inc., 30 Progress Lane.
Miller is expected to describe his plan for Seymour and look for support as he seeks the Republican nomination for the top elected office.
Miller’s campaign has a Facebook page and a Twitter account where people can track him.
He hopes to get the GOP nod to take on Paul Roy, a Democrat who is in his first term as First Selectman.
