The tenth segment of the Valley Indy’s Great Give webcast featured Nadine Joyner, a case manager at Spooner House, a homeless shelter in Shelton.
She talked about the state of homelessness in the lower Naugatuck Valley and how Spooner House helps out those who have fallen on hard times.
