Last week, John Guedes of Primrose Companies in Bridgeport introduced a new “master plan” for the redevelopment of about 22 acres along the Housatonic River in downtown Derby.

Then ask the Redevelopment Agency members tonight.
Although tonight’s meeting is not a formal public hearing on this new plan, the first part of every meeting is reserved for public comment. The agency’s agenda says its members may take action on the master plan.
Two things:
1. Get there on time (the meeting starts at 6:30 p.m.)
2. Raise your hand to make a comment or ask a question
