Willinger, Willinger & Bucci is leasing an office at 1000 Bridgeport Ave. in Shelton.
SHELTON — The 47-year-old Bridgeport law firm Willinger, Willinger & Bucci has expanded its presence along the Route 8 corridor with a lease of 8,500 square feet on the 5th floor of 1000 Bridgeport Avenue in Shelton.
The office building containing 134,000 square feet was purchased and completely renovated by Fairfield Realty Group in 2014, and is situated on over six professionally landscaped acres, including lush plantings around an outdoor patio seating.
With Fairfield Realty’s improvements the interior of the building is tastefully modern with first class finishes and amenities including an oversized boardroom for tenant utilization and indoor atrium space. Fairfield Realty recently also upgraded the building’s infrastructure including its elevators, enhanced HVAC system, and comprehensive fiber-optic on all floors.

The Willinger firm includes former Bridgeport Mayor Thomas W. Bucci who specializes in employment law.
Managing Partner Charles Willinger recently announced the move while explaining that “Bridgeport has been our home for nearly half a century. We will always maintain our presence in Bridgeport. This is not a relocation but an expansion into Shelton that will allow the firm to better serve our upper Fairfield County and New Haven County clients at a more central location.”
The firm will continue to maintain a Bridgeport office at 1000 Lafayette Boulevard. The firm has eleven attorneys and practices in the areas of accident and personal injury litigation, business litigation, commercial real estate leasing, purchasing and development, land use, residential real estate, family law, and consumer rights in addition to Attorney Bucci’s employment practice.
