Update 8:35 p.m.: Shelton police said a Maple Lane Extension woman who had been reported missing was found uninjured on Huntington Street Thursday night.
Kathleen Komlos had been missing for about six hours but was found after a woman saw her and notified police, Detective Richard Bango said in a prepared statement.
Police and fire crews had been searching for Komlos for hours Thursday. Her family and several police dogs were also involved in the search.

Shelton police are looking for an elderly woman who wandered from her home Thursday.
Kathleen Komlos, of Maple Lane Extension, was last seen in her backyard, police said in a prepared statement.
Komlos, 70, suffers from dementia, police said.
Her husband went to check on her Thursday afternoon and saw she was gone.
Police responded to the home about 1:30 p.m.
Police said Komlos is white, about 5 foot 4, 182 pounds, with salt and pepper hair.
She was last seen wearing a gray shirt with animals on it, blue jeans and blue sneakers.
A Silver Alert has been issued for Komlos as well.
Police asked anyone with information regarding Komlos whereabouts to call 203 – 924-1544.
