Emmett O’Brien Technical High School Golf Coach Christopher Sansone sent the Valley Indy the photo above with the following info:
Wednesday (May 24) at Tunxis Country Club in Farmington the state vo-tech league had its Constitution State Conference golf tournament.
The rating of the course is 70.4 with a 124 slope rating. The top four teams playing for the championship were Emmett O’Brien Tech, Ellis Tech, Wolcott Tech, and University High School.
Emmett O’Brien had the honor of winning the title, shooting a 461.
Team scores were: Joe O’Toole, 79, Austin Mather, 86, Nate Schulick, 98, Garret Burke, 98, Sean Leminitzer, 100.
Emmett finished the season with a 10 – 1 record and also won the Constitution State Conference western division championship.
The team is coached by Chris Sansone and Karl Dombroski.
