Erin Foley Orozco, daughter of Maureen and Daniel P Foley of Derby, graduated from Fairfield University, Sunday, May 19 with her Doctorate of Nursing Practice.
Erin graduated from Fairfield in 2001 with a Bachelors in Science in Nursing (BN) and worked in critical care at St Raphael’s Hospital for several years, as well at Milford Hospital, before returning to Fairfield to pursue her advanced APRN and her Doctorate of Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Erin is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Additionally, she received her CCRN for critical care nursing
She is a member of the American Nurses Association, the American Association of Critical Care Nurses, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and Alpha Sigma Nu National Jesuit Honor Society.
She is presently working at the Milford Vascular and Surgical Institute. Dr. Orozco resides in Milford with her husband Luis and son Daniel.
