Adrien G. Lizotte

Adrien G. Lizotte, age 89, of Shelton entered into rest on Monday, May 18, 2020 at Hewitt Health & Rehab. 

He was the devoted husband of 63 years to Barbara (Ferruzzi) Lizotte. Adrien was born in Westport, MA on June 1, 1930, youngest of ten siblings to the late Napoleon Lizotte and Anna (Remy) Lizotte and was a Shelton resident for most of his life. 

Adrien was a line man for Tennessee Gas Transmission, a carpenter at Sponge Rubber products and a carpenter at Philips Medical for many years until his retirement. Adrien was an avid Boston Red Sox fan and was a devoted fan of Ted Williams. 

He enjoyed carpentry, tag sales, flea markets and buying collectibles. Adrien was the beloved father of Bryan Lizotte and Lou-Ann Smith (John). He was the loving grandfather of Patrick Lizotte, Gregory Dickinson (Shannon), Kayla Smith (Richard) and Sapphire Smith (Michael).

He was also survived by several nieces and nephews. Adrien was predeceased by a grandson Ronald Dickinson III, and his brothers and sisters. The family would like to thank all the caregivers and staff of Hewitt Health and Rehab for their outstanding care and compassion. 

Due to the current pandemic health crisis, his funeral services and burial at Riverside Cemetery are private. A public memorial service will be held at a later date.
