Agnes grew up in the Irish Catholic section of Belfast with her many sisters and brothers, and no shortage of laughter, singing, and dancing.

She was in the top of her class in school and was an avid reader and dancer, winner of the Tara Brooch in Irish Dancing as a young girl.

She worked at Lockheed in Northern Ireland supporting the war effort, before moving with her husband John to start their family in the United States.

Agnes never lost her lovely Irish brogue, her wit and marvelous sense of humor, her love of dance, her timeless beauty, or her warmth and unending love for her dear family.

She will be dearly missed.

An Irish Blessing

May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind always be at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
and rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.
