Aldo Margaroli, age 77, of Seymour entered into rest on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at the Griffin Hospital with his loving family by his side.
He was the devoted husband of Maria (Coliaicovo) Margaroli.
He was born in San Valentino, Italy on Feb. 18, 1938, son of the late Alberto and Angelina Cornelio Margaroli.
Aldo was employed by Sikorsky Aircraft for many years until his retirement. After his retirement, he worked part time in the Derby High School Cafeteria for 12 years. He enjoyed fishing and hunting.
Aldo is the beloved father of Patricia and Sandro Margaroli and brother of Valentino and Elda Margaroli. He is the loving grandfather Jordan and Tyler Sosnovich and Sabrina Margaroli. Aldo is also survived by several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his brother’s Giovanamaria and Maggiorino Margaroli.
Friends may call on Friday from 4 – 7 p.m. On Saturday, friends are invited to go directly to St. Mary Church, 212 Elizabeth St., Derby for his Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m.
