Alice Phipps, age 96, wife of the late Robert W. Phipps and resident of Shelton, died March 9.
She was born June 15, 1921 in Pontypridd, Wales, daughter of the late John & Sarah Wilkinson Miller.
Funeral services are private at the convenience of the family.
