Amy T. Chittem, 44, of Seymour, entered into eternal rest on November 17, 2016.
Amy was born in Bridgeport on Sept. 30, 1972, beloved daughter of Theresa Capozzi Chittem of New Haven. She was a lover of all animals, could fix anything and enjoyed riding her motorcycle. Amy had a “heart of gold” and was a terrific friend.
In addition to her mother Theresa, she is survived by a son, Cody Zirate of Mexico, a twin brother, Daniel Chittem of Lantana, FL, aunt, Patricia Capozzi of Shelton, nieces, Danielle and Rachael Chittem of FL and dear friend, Heather Cramer of Newtown.
Visiting hours will be held on Monday November 21, 2016, from 5:00 – 7:00 pm in the chapel of the SPINELLI-RICCIUTI/BEDNAR-OSIECKI FUNERAL HOME, 62 Beaver Street in Ansonia. At 7:00 PM, a funeral service in celebration of Amy’s life will take place with Deacon Richard Renker officiating. Private burial will take place at the convenience of the family in St. Michael Cemetery in Stratford.
