Angela Brittell, 90 years old, wife of the late Stanley Brittell and resident of Ansonia, entered into eternal rest Jan. 24, 2016.
She was born Sept. 1, 1925 in New Haven, daughter of the late John & Elizabeth Clarke Twohill.
She worked as a secretary for Miles Lab in West Haven and was a parishioner of The Church of the Assumption in Ansonia.
She leaves to cherish her memory her 4 children David Brittell of Indianapolis Indiana, Paul Brittell of Seattle, Washington, Elizabeth “Betsy” Brittell of Ansonia and Patricia Foley of Mesa, Arizona, 3 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was pre-deceased by brothers John, Martin & Walter Twohill and sister Ellen Rossini.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, 10:30 a.m. (DIRECTLY) at The Church of the Assumption in Ansonia. There are no calling hours.
