Angelina (Nicoletti) Knott, 89, entered into eternal rest on December 22, 2021 at Bishop Wicke Health Center in Shelton, Ct.
She is the widow of Robert J. Knott (Falzone) Nicoletti.
She grew up on Beaver St. in Ansonia in a close knit Italian family. Graduating from the Ansonia High School, Class of 1950, she received the superlative of “Noisiest.”
She worked at Hallocks in Derby for many years, but the job she most fondly remembered and loved to share stories about was working at The Little Red Shoe House in Ansonia as a saleswoman. She then went on to marry Robert J. Knott Jr. and raised two sons Robert Knott III(Donna) and Patrick Knott (Lisa).
Angie and Bob had a wide circle of cherished friends. Their home was a hub in which people mingled and everyone felt welcome. Angie and Bob were also active and longtime parishioners at the Church of the Assumption of Ansonia.
Angie was known for many memorable bus trips that she organized to destinations around the country.
Angie adorned her six grandchildren Joseph, Robert IV (Virginia) Krystina, Raymond (Jackie), Nicole (Michael) and Matthew. Her generosity was represented in the meals she cooked and the time she took to make each grandchild feel special and loved. In addition to her sons and grandchildren she also leaves behind six greatgrandchildren Grace Colby, Jayden, Mason, Charlotte and Taylor Noelle
She also leaves behind a sister Sue Soleski (Peter). She was predeceased by brothers Anthony, Michael and Joseph Nicoletti and sisters Mary Fusco, Lucy Pitingoro, Rose Caporale and Carmela R. Pedevillano.

Friends and Relatives are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday December 28, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in The Church of the Assumption 23 N. Cliff St. Ansonia. Burial will follow in Mt. St. Peter’s Cemetery Derby.
