Anna C. Muenz, age 84, of Derby entered into rest on Monday, Sept. 24, 2012 at the Griffin Hospital.
She is the beloved wife of Manfred Muenz. Mrs. Muenz was born in New York, New York on March 24, 1928 daughter of the late Albert and Jennie (Tobiason) Henrichs and was a Derby resident since 1957. She was an avid reader and enjoyed to crochet and bowl. Most of all she loved spending time with her husband playing cards.
Mrs. Muenz is the loving mother of Walter Alan Ferris, Karen Overton and Gail Wing, sister of Grace Carpenter and Jeanny Couato. She is the loving grandmother of Lisa Solesby, Crawford Fletcher Overton IV, Sharon Klapyk and Richard Wing and great grandmother of 11 great grandchildren.
