Anna M. Piscioneri, age 90, of Derby entered into rest on Sunday, March 7, 2021 at Griffin Hospital with her loving family by her side. She was the devoted wife of the late Dominick Piscioneri.
Anna was born in Derby on April 25, 1930 daughter of the late Angelo and Seconda (Petrone) Micci and was a lifelong resident of Derby. She worked at Roseland Apizza for many years until her retirement.
Anna was the beloved mother of David Piscioneri and his wife Deborah and Judy Malerba and her husband Owney, loving nonni of Jason Piscioneri, Nicole Montello, Aniello Malerba III and Christian Malerba and great grandmother of John David Piscioneri, Olivia Ciarlegio, Miles and Samantha Montello and Bradley Malerba. Anna was also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a daughter Gail Piscioneri and two brothers, Joseph and Guerino “Mitch” Micci, a great grandson Alec Dominick Malerba and many wonderful friends.
On Thursday, friends are invited to her Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am at St. Mary Church, 212 Elizabeth St., Derby. Friends are required to wear masks and social distance. Her entombment will be private. Friends may leave condolences at www.adzimafh.com.
