Anna Roslon

Anna Roslon, 81, of Derby, peacefully entered into eternal rest on October 24, 2013, at Griffin Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Thaddeus Roslon.

Mrs. Roslon was born in Fall River, MA on April 12, 1932, daughter of the late Adam and Laura Zawrotny Gamdzyk. She was employed at several manufacturing companies in the Valley area throughout her career and retired from BIC Pen in Milford. Anna was a communicant of St. Joseph’s Church in Ansonia and enjoyed cooking for her family and flower gardening.

In addition to her husband Ted, she is survived by two loving sons, Mark V. Roslon of Derby and Adam Roslon of New Haven and several friends. She was predeceased by a son, Christopher Roslon and a grandson, Christopher Andrew Roslon.

Visiting will take place on Monday morning October 28, 2013, from 8:30 am in the chapel of the SPINELLI-RICCIUTI/BEDNAR-OSIECKI FUNERAL HOME, 62 Beaver Street in Ansonia. At 9:40 am, her funeral will process to St. Joseph’s Church, 32 Jewett Street in Ansonia for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 am. Interment will take place in Mt. St. Peter’s Cemetery in Derby.
