Anna Szwaba, age 63, entered into eternal rest on May 1, 2020, at Yale-New Haven Hospital from complications of Covid-19.
Anna was born in Lowicz, Poland on July 6, 1956, daughter of the late Bronislaw and Leonida Horbaczewski Szwaba. She was a resident of Ansonia for most of her life. Anna loved to draw and created beautiful art work. She also enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, watching oldies on TV and especially spending time with her loving family.
She leaves to cherish her memory, a daughter, Monica Coddington (Jack) of Seymour, a brother, Zenon Szwaba (Christine), a sister, Aniela Szwaba all of Naugatuck, daughter-in-law, Brigitt Szwaba of Watertown, grandchildren, Samantha and Madilyn Szwaba of Watertown and Amber and Ashleigh Coddington of Seymour. She was predeceased by her son, Joseph Szwaba.
Due to the current health crisis, all services will be private with inurnment in St. Michael Cemetery in Derby.
