Anne B. Kalako, age 97 of Seymour entered peaceful rest September 28, 2013 at her home; she was the beloved wife of the late Peter J. Kalako.
Anne was born in Cleveland, OH on August 2, 1916.
She was retired from First National Stores. Mrs. Kalako was communicant of Three Saints Orthodox Church, Ansonia; she was a UCONN Women’s Basketball fan and she enjoyed reading, cooking, the outdoors, especially vacationing at Ogunquit, ME.
Anne leaves her loving daughter Melanie Kalako and her companion Robert M. Raccio of Seymour. She was predeceased by many brothers and sisters.
Calling Hours are Thursday from 9 to 10 a.m. in the Three Saints Orthodox Church, 26 Howard Ave., Ansonia with the Funeral Service beginning at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Three Saints Cemetery, Seymour. Arrangements are entrusted to the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 W. Church St., Seymour.
