Anthony “Tony” Moccia, age 92, husband of 66 years to Pearl Elia Moccia and resident of Orange, entered into eternal rest Aug. 18, 2015.
He was born April 1, 1923 in Derby, son of the late Carmine and Anne Storiale Moccia.
He worked as a tool & die maker for Avco Co. in Stratford and was a parishioner of Holy Infant Church in Orange. Tony was also a member of the Knights of Columbus as well as the Orange, Milford, Ansonia & Derby Senior Centers.
In addition to his wife, he leaves to cherish his memory children Paul Moccia (Gerrie) of Lansdale, PA., Carmine Moccia of Maui, Hawaii, Robert Moccia of Key West, FL., Richard Moccia (Teri) of Bridgeport, Christine Moccia of Orange and and John & Paula Moccia, his brother Mario Moccia (Pat) of Orange, sister Delores Moore of Shelton, 7 grandchildren & 1 great grandchild. He was predeceased by his son David Moccia & sister Jennie D’Amico.
