Antonino Crisanti, 57, of Ansonia, peacefully entered into eternal rest on June 26, 2013, at Gaylord Hospital in Wallingford, with his loving family by his side. He is the husband of Tachi Pena Crisanti.
Mr. Crisanti was born in Palermo, Sicily, Italy on August 27, 1955, beloved son of Giacoma Iacuzzi Crisanti of Ansonia and the late Angelo Crisanti.
He was employed as a HVAC Technician at Sikorsky Aircraft in Stratford for 35 years. Antonino enjoyed gardening, playing golf and bocce and was a member of the Sons of Italy Lodge in Derby.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by three loving daughters, Jacklyn Crisanti, Daniella Crisanti and Adriana Crisanti of Ansonia, a loving and devoted sister, Basilla “Celina” Dawid and her husband Nicholas of Ansonia, cherished niece, Angela Dawid of Ansonia and many cousins and friends.
Visiting hours will be held on Sunday June 30 from 2 to 5 p.m. in the chapel of the SPINELLI-RICCIUTI/BEDNAR-OSIECKI FUNERAL HOME, 62 Beaver Street in Ansonia. On Monday, relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral at 8:15 a.m. from the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m. at Holy Rosary Church in Ansonia. Entombment will follow in Mt. St. Peter’s Mausoleum in Derby.
