Beverly Dilley passed away into the loving arms of Jesus on May 18 2025, after a short battle with cancer.
She was born Dec. 14, 1936 in Oxford, CT. Her parents were Helen & Howard Pollick of Derby.
A lifetime resident of Derby, Beverly worked as a paralegal for many lawyers throughout her years. She worked with Donahue & Donahue until she was 78 years old. Beverly had a generous heart by always looking out for others.
She loved all her sisters and brothers, nieces & nephews, and great nieces and nephews, and there are many! She loved the casino and playing the lottery. She loved playing cards & board games with her family. She will be dearly missed.
Beverly is survived by her sisters Diane Wilcox, Maureen Sedor, Joyce DeWitte, and sister-in-law Carol Dilley, nephews Gary & Glen Sandowich, her niece Linda Watrous & husband David, her great niece Marisol Watrous, great nephew Jonathan Watrous and his wife Ana, and great great niece Sienna. She was close to her cousin and good friend Claire McCarthy and her family. She was close to Shayna . She was survived by many more nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews, and great great nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her sisters Rosalie Sandowich, and Margaret Dilley, and brothers Jerry, Edward & Robert Dilley.
Special thanks to The Masonicare Hospice staff for the loving and professional care they gave to Beverly. Funeral services will be held on May 31st at 10:00 a.m. at Grace Baptist Church, 400 Burnt Plains Rd., Milford. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to Masonicare Hospice, 110 South Turnpike Rd., Wallingford, CT. 06492 or to The Grace Baptist Church.
