Bronislawa Strzelec, 98, of Derby, CT, passed away peacefully on March 9, 2023 surrounded by her family.
Born in Poland, she was the daughter of Jan and Stefania Wit. She was predeceased by Stefan, her loving husband and her oldest granddaughter, Kasia Wilczak.
She is the mother of daughters Anna (Jozef) Wilczak, Theresa (Jerzy) Serafin, and Elizabeth Strzelec, the Babcia of Renata (Spence), Daniel, Kristie (Jason), Magdalena (Johann), Margaret (Jason), Thomas (Evelyn), and Adam, as well as her two great-grandchildren James and Kylie.
Her greatest joy in life was her family, her precious grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
She came to the USA in 1967. She enjoyed her beautiful flower and vegetable gardens.
Friends are invited to greet the family on Wednesday March 15, 2023, from 9:30 am to 10:30 am at Edward F. Adzima Funeral Home, 253 Elizabeth Street, Derby. Her funeral procession will leave the parlor at 10:30 am for her Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am at St, Michael’s Church, 75 Derby Ave. Derby. Burial will follow at St. Michael’s Cemetery, 28 Silver Hill Road, Ansonia.
