Caroline F. Gaudio, age 84, a Derby resident for over 60 years, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday October 30, 2018 surrounded by her loving family.
She was the beloved wife of the late Pasquale R. Gaudio, Jr.
She was born in Derby on September 16, 1934 the daughter of the late Giovanni and Assunta (Giordano) Franzino.
Caroline worked as a bookkeeper at her husband’s packaging company for many years before her retirement.
She was the beloved Mother of Susan DeFala, husband Anthony, Grandmother of Leigh Cerreto, husband Domenico, and Anthony DeFala, Jr., Great Grandmother of Zachary, Nicholas, and Sophia, and the aunt of Janice, Lorie, and Donna. She was predeceased by her son Pasquale R. Gaudio III, her brother Matthew Franzino, and her sisters Palma Ferry and Anne Yaloff.
Everyone is invited to attend her Memorial Mass of Christian Burial on Monday November 5 celebrated at 4 pm in Holy Rosary Parish, 10 Father Salemi Dr, Ansonia, CT 06401. he Edward F. Adzima Funeral Home, 253 Elizabeth St. Derby, has been entrusted with her services.
Her family asks that memorial contributions be made to STORM Ambulance, 1 Elizabeth Street Derby.
