She was the beloved wife of the late Richard L. Casiglio.

Charlotte was born in Manchester, New Hampshire on January 9, 1936 to the late Dominique and Loretta (Boisseau) Coulon. 

Charlotte was employed as a Registered Nurse at the VA Hospital in West Haven for many years. 

She also served as a volunteer at the Learning Center at St. Lawrence School in Shelton and also gave her time as a Cub Scout Leader and Committee member for Pack #1 in Huntington and Boy Scout Troop #28.

Most notably, Charlotte was a loving mother, whose primary concern was caring for her family.

She is the loving mother of Mark and Richard Casiglio; the adoring grandmother of Kyle and Matthew Casiglio; and the caring sister of Lorraine Cloutier, Pauline Coulon, Lucille LeMay, Francis Coulon, twins Ronald and Donald Coulon, and Paul Coulon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Friends and family may call on Monday from 4 – 6 PM at the Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Road, Shelton.
